MODALITÉS ET CONDITIONS

We would be very grateful to you for observing the following terms and conditions of staying at Hotel Anibal Diaz Alvarez. They are designed to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful and safe stay at the hotel.


1. The hotel must ensure such conditions as to enable you to rest and relax fully and freely; ensure your safety during your stay at the hotel and the confidentiality of any information about you; provide you with professional and friendly service; ensure that your room is cleaned and/or the necessary repairs to any equipment are made only while you are not in your room, unless you agree otherwise; give you another room (subject to availability) or otherwise alleviate any inconvenience caused to you by a defect in your room that cannot be removed.
2. The hotel's liability for the loss of cash, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless such items are deposited at the reception desk.
3. Animals are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, spa treatment rooms or the swimming pool.
4. Your stay can be extended subject to room availability.
5. Any personal property left by you in your hotel room will be sent to the address provided by you. If you do not request us to send your property back to you, we will store the items left in your room for a period of one month.
6. Unless you require otherwise when making a booking, your booking will be made for one night.
7. We aim to provide our services as required by the standard of the hotel. If you have any objections to the quality of our services, please inform the receptionist as soon as possible so that we can deal with the problem immediately.
8. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the hotel, including the hotel rooms.
9. No noise can be made at the hotel between 22:00 pm and 7:00 am.
10. Every time you leave your room, you must make sure that the door is locked and leave your room key at the reception desk.
11. You are required to inform the receptionist of any such loss or damage as soon as you discover it.
12. Rooms are rented per night.
13. The hotel is not liable for the damage or loss of your car or any other vehicle.
14. You will be financially responsible for any damage to or destruction of any furnishings or equipment at the hotel which is caused by you or any person visiting you at the hotel.
15. Check in time is any time after 14:00 pm. Check out time on the date of departure is 11:00 am.
16. The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of the items brought by guests to the extent as provided for in Articles 1,2 and 3 of the Civil Code Law, unless otherwise agreed between you and us.
17. You may not provide your room for use by any third person even if the period of your stay for which you have paid is not over yet.
18. Persons not registered to spend the night at the hotel may only stay in your hotel room between 7:00 am and 22:00 pm.
19. Upon your request, we can provide the following services free of charge: information about your stay at the hotel, travel information and wake-up calls.
20. For fire safety reasons, no heaters, electric irons or other similar equipment not provided in your room by us may be used.
21. We may refuse to accept a booking from a person who has in the past been in material breach of the hotel's terms and conditions by causing damage to the hotel's property or any personal injury to any guests, hotel staff or other persons staying at the hotel, or who has caused any other disturbance to the hotel's guests or any disruptions to the operation of the hotel.
22. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the receptionist by 11:00 am on the date of departure specified in your booking.

QUESTIONS:

 

1. ¿Qué va a hacer después de mi partida el hotel con mis datos personales?

2. ¿Qué ocurre si me olvido mi teléfono móvil en mi habitación del hotel?¿Cómo podré recuperarlo?

3. Si quiero dormir en el hotel también la próxima noche, ¿cuándo debo comunicárselo a la dirección? ¿Me garantizan que podré continuar en la misma habitación?

4. ¿Quién es el responsable si no cierro mi habitación con llave y sufro un robo?

5. Tras mi primera noche en el hotel, descubro a la mañana siguiente que el espejo retrovisor de mi automóvil está roto. ¿Debería pagarme el hotel el arreglo del automóvil?

6. Unos amigos de mi mujer vienen hasta el hotel a saludarnos. Al dejar una de sus chaquetas sobre un radiador, ésta se chamusca un poco. ¿A quién podemos reclamar en el hotel?
