          Dear Sirs, 
          This morning we took delivery of the twenty boxes of orujo  of prime quality ordered as per our letter of 12 November 2015 (Order No. 455-GR-45). 
          The quality of three of the boxes is, however, unsatisfactory as they the corks broken have making them unsuitable for sell. 
          We feel sure that this is an oversight on your part but, owing to the considerable number of orders in hand, we had no alternative but to return the goods in question to you, carriage forward, on the assumption that you will arrange for replacements to be sent to us be return to enable us to keep to delivery schedules.
          We trust that you will be in agreement with the course of action and look forward to receiving replacements corresponding to your otherwise high standards.
